Liquidambar ‘Worplesdon‘ is an outstanding tree known for its display of fiery autumn colours. Foliage is glossy green turning to yellow and orange in September while finishing with bright red colour in October/November. With its conical habit and rich autumn colour this tree can be planted in a variety of aspects. Suited to most soil types and is a very long living tree. Liquidambar is native to North America and is commonly known as the ‘Sweet Gum’ tree.

Has a medium growth rate, growing to 5 metres high and 3 metres wide after 20 years.

This tree can be planted in a variety of aspects making it a very versatile choice. It likes most free draining soils. While Liquidambar can grow at a medium rate they are a very long living tree.
