Magnolia Yellow River is a small to medium sized tree with a broad oval crown, growing up to about 5-6 metres. Yellow River stays smaller than many other magnolia species and has spectacular large creamy yellow flowers. The petal base is often light yellow, while the tip is cream with a magnificent citrus scent. This tree flowers profusely making it extremely attractive as a garden/park tree.

Magnolia Yellow River is a small to medium-sized deciduous tree. it has a broad oval crown, growing up to about five to six metres tall. Yellow River stays smaller than many other magnolia species and produces spectacular large creamy yellow flowers. The petal base is often light yellow, while the tip is cream with a magnificent citrus scent. This tree flowers profusely making it extremely attractive as a garden/park tree. Like other Magnolias, this tree will grow on most soils, preferring a free draining and slightly sheltered aspect to protect flowers from the frost. It is a vigorous grower as well as being an elegant, low maintenance tree, making it the perfect addition to any garden.
