Canadian Maple (Acer Autumn Blaze) turns a beautiful deep red in autumn. It is a quick growing tree with a pyramid like crown that becomes rounder as it matures. Foliage is shiny dark green with a slight red tint. Can be used as a specimen tree in a garden or along a driveway. Eventual size approximately 9 metres high and 4 metres wide.

Autumn Blaze Maple (Acer Autumn Blaze) is a variety of the Canadian maple, becoming a beautiful deep red in autumn. This popular tree brings great late season colour to a garden. It is a tall, deciduous tree with deep shiny dark green and five-lobed leaves with a slight red tint. The Autumn Blaze Maple is quick growing and has a pyramidical crown that becomes rounder as it matures. It can be used as a specimen tree in a garden or also along a driveway. It likes moist but free draining soils. This therefore makes it suitable for most Irish gardens.
